Terms of service

1. Service and provider

yapp.page is a web hosting service that lets you publish static HTML pages and connect to that hosting from AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol. The service is operated by Reamber GmbH, Barbara-Prammer-Allee 15/2/40, 1220 Vienna, Austria, FN 563424s (Handelsgericht Wien). Full provider information is in the Impressum.

2. Accounts

You authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for securing the underlying Google account and for actions taken from your account. Anonymous publishing without an account is supported and intentionally short-lived (30 minutes per page); after that window the page can no longer be claimed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use yapp.page to publish, distribute or facilitate:

• Content that is illegal under Austrian or EU law
• Malware, phishing, drive-by exploits or any content that compromises a visitor's device or accounts
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights or trade secrets you don't own
• Hate speech, incitement, harassment or content prohibited by §§ 282, 283 StGB and § 107 StGB
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or content that incites, glorifies or facilitates it
• Child sexual abuse material — such reports are forwarded to law enforcement immediately
• Spam, scraping, or automated abuse of the publish, form-submission or MCP endpoints
• Cryptocurrency mining, botnet command-and-control, open mail relays, proxy or anonymisation abuse, or any use that places an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure
• Use of the service as bulk file storage, a backup target or a content-delivery origin unrelated to publishing a page
• Impersonation of natural persons or organisations

We reserve the right to remove or disable any page, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or any other provision of these terms, at our reasonable discretion and, in egregious cases, without prior notice. We comply with notice-and-take-down per §§ 16–18 ECG; reports go to [email protected].

4. Your content

You retain all rights in the content you publish. You grant Reamber GmbH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, cache and display that content solely to operate the service. You can delete content at any time from the dashboard; deletion is irreversible.

5. Plans, fees and payment

The Free plan is offered at no charge subject to fair-use limits, a default page expiry and a maximum file size. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are sold as subscriptions; current prices are shown on the Plans page.

Paid plans are sold through our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), which acts as the Merchant of Record. The purchase transaction for a paid plan is concluded with Paddle, which processes payment, issues invoices, and collects and remits applicable sales tax / VAT; Reamber GmbH provides the underlying service. Your purchase is therefore also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change plan prices or features for future billing periods and will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice, and if you do not accept it you may cancel before it takes effect.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht per § 11 FAGG); how it works, the model withdrawal form, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Refund & cancellation policy.

6. Pages with forms

Pages containing HTML <form> elements have their submissions captured and made visible to the page owner. If you collect personal data through such a form, you are the data controller and you must inform your visitors per Art. 13 GDPR. Reamber GmbH acts as your processor for storage; we will sign a Data Processing Agreement on request to [email protected].

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime on the Free plan and do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You should not rely on yapp.page as the sole hosting for mission-critical content. The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) for consumers under §§ 922 ff. ABGB and the Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz (VGG) remains unaffected.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, Reamber GmbH is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for damages to life, body or health. Liability under the Produkthaftungsgesetz (PHG) and mandatory provisions of the Konsumentenschutzgesetz (KSchG) for consumers remains unaffected. Liability for lost data is limited to the cost of restoring data that you backed up with reasonable diligence.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages at upstream providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare), large-scale DDoS attacks, governmental orders or natural events. We will restore service as promptly as reasonably possible.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice except in cases of clear or serious violations. On termination your pages are taken offline and your content is deleted — please export anything you wish to keep beforehand.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive venue is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the seat of Reamber GmbH (Vienna), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules (§ 14 KSchG, Brussels Ia Regulation) grant a consumer the right to sue or be sued at their place of residence.

12. Online dispute resolution

The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 6 AStG).

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to its economic purpose within the limits of the law.

14. Assignment

Reamber GmbH may transfer this contract, in whole or in part, to a legal successor or an affiliated company — in particular in the course of a merger, acquisition or restructuring. This does not reduce your rights; where you are a consumer and object to the transfer, you may terminate at no cost. You may not transfer your account or your rights under this contract to a third party without our prior written consent.

15. Entire agreement, language & contract text

These terms, together with the Privacy policy, the Refund & cancellation policy and — for paid plans — the Paddle Buyer Terms, form the entire agreement between you and Reamber GmbH for the use of yapp.page. The contract language is English; Austrian statutory provisions are cited in their original German abbreviations and prevail in their original wording. We do not store the individual contract text in a form separately accessible to you beyond these published pages, so please save or print them for your records.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance; if you object, you may terminate your account before that date.
