Refund & cancellation policy
How payments, cancellations and the statutory right of withdrawal work for yapp.page, operated by Reamber GmbH. Read together with the Terms of service.
1. Provider and Merchant of Record
yapp.page is operated by Reamber GmbH, Barbara-Prammer-Allee 15/2/40, 1220 Vienna, Austria, FN 563424s (Handelsgericht Wien), VAT ID ATU77254301. We provide the service; full provider details are in the Impressum.
Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every paid transaction. Paddle is therefore the seller of record for the purchase: it processes your payment, issues the invoice and receipt, collects and remits any applicable sales tax / VAT, and handles refunds. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy. Where this policy and Paddle's terms both apply, the more consumer-favourable provision prevails.
You can request a refund either through Paddle (using the link in your Paddle receipt) or from us at [email protected] — we will authorise eligible requests with Paddle.
2. Free plan
The Free plan is provided at no charge. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
3. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team)
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly), renewing automatically for successive periods of the same length until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Plans page in EUR. The correct local sales tax / VAT is calculated, added and displayed by Paddle at checkout based on your location, and is remitted by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard, from your Paddle account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it reverts to the Free plan.
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal in section 4, the Paddle Refund Policy lets you request a refund within 14 days of a one-off charge, or within 14 days of your subscription's most recent renewal. Paddle reviews each request and, if approved, refunds to your original payment method within 14 days.
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers (14 days)
If you are a consumer (Verbraucher per § 1 KSchG) and conclude a paid contract with us at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 11 FAGG — Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (§ 12 FAGG).
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — Reamber GmbH, Barbara-Prammer-Allee 15/2/40, 1220 Vienna, Austria, [email protected] — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
5. Early performance and loss of the withdrawal right
yapp.page is a digital service that is not supplied on a tangible medium. If you ask us to begin providing the paid service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, we will ask you at checkout to (a) expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and (b) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 10 and § 18 para 1 no 11 FAGG).
Where performance has begun at your request but is not yet complete and you then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of withdrawal (§ 16 FAGG). If you do not give that express consent, performance begins after the withdrawal period expires.
6. Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, all payments received for the affected contract are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal (§ 14 FAGG). The reimbursement is issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record to the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Where a transaction included sales tax / VAT and you are entitled to a tax refund (for example by providing a valid VAT or tax-exemption identifier), contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction, as set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
7. Model withdrawal form

8. Goodwill refunds
Beyond your statutory rights, we may at our sole discretion grant a goodwill refund — for example after a prolonged service outage attributable to us. Granting goodwill in one case creates no entitlement in others.
9. Statutory warranty unaffected
This policy does not limit the statutory warranty for consumers under §§ 922 ff. ABGB and the Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz (VGG), nor any other mandatory consumer-protection rights. If the paid service is defective, you retain your full warranty remedies.
10. Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal under the FAGG applies only to consumers. For entrepreneurs (Unternehmer per § 1 UGB) the right of withdrawal in sections 4–6 does not apply; cancellation follows section 3 and the Terms of service.
11. Online dispute resolution
The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 6 AStG).
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. The version in force at the time your contract is concluded applies to that contract.
